Oh hi there. My name is Warren. Let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a research assistant, instructor, and doctoral candidate at the College of Information Science and Technology at Drexel University. I study social media technology in professional and work-life settings, focusing on community and communication, and what elements of the human experience transmute in shared technology-mediated environments. My teaching areas include web and social media technology, social issues in the information age, information technology design and integration, and information security, assurance, and governance.

Before starting my academia career I passed my time as a Web designer, consultant, barista, waiter, and musician. In my free time I play with computers, dogs, nieces and nephews, and I volunteer with dogs and people who want to learn technology skills, though the dogs seem less interested in technology. And I’m the most serious hack-golfer you know.
